Biography

Rejitha R Pillai is an Asst. professor at KMEA College of Architecture, Aluva. Her background includes experience in Architecture, Social housing and Landscape Architecture. Before joining KMEA COA, she worked at Thiruvananthapuram, Tamil Nadu and Bangalore as an Architect. Her area of interest is in Affordable housing, and Town planning as a solution for rising urban issues.

Teaching

Ar. Rejitha started her career in Teaching in 2018 after joining KMEA College of Architecture. She teaches subjects like Town Planning, Building Services, Building Materials and Construction other than Architectural studio and Interior Design Studios. She has also been part of coordination Examination duties at the institution.

Experience

Currently focusing on residential projects. Her experience in Architecture include working with eminent Architects at Trivandrum and coordinating works with other national and international Architects. She has also coordinated as in-house Architect for a social housing project for the rehabilitation of Tsunami affected people near Nagapattanam, Tamil Nadu.
