Sumoh T.M. is an architect and artist with over a decade of experience across global practice and architectural academics. A 2013 graduate of the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), he began his professional career at PNC Architects in Dubai (2013–2016) where he contributed to a diverse range of projects from intimate small-scale designs to complex large-scale developments.
In 2016, Sumoh transitioned into private practice and currently co-leads Couple of Architects’ Studio alongside his spouse. His practice is driven by the belief that architecture serves as the essential backdrop to human activities, shaping the way we interact with our environment. Parallel to his practice he has dedicated more than nine years to mentoring the next generation of architects as a visiting faculty member for First Year Design Studios. Outside the classroom, Sumoh is an avid sketcher, committed to the continuous development of hand-rendering as a vital tool for architectural expression. He also conducts sketching workshops for students and other interested participants both within and outside the campus
